Buffered magnesium bisglycinate
150 mg per two capsules
NOT A SLEEPING PILL. A FOUNDATION.
Being unconscious for eight hours is not the goal. Waking up restored is. Your body builds a good night out of nutrients all day long: the brake your nervous system stops with, the chain that makes melatonin, the signal that sets the clock. Most people are short on all three. MUTI DAILY gives you every one of them, every morning.

THE PROBLEM
You know the pattern. You could sleep at nine on the couch and cannot sleep at eleven in bed. You wake at three with a mind that will not stop and no reason for it. The alarm goes and you feel like you have been hit, and by ten you are on your third coffee. And you tell yourself it is stress, or age, or screens.
It is partly those. But a night is not a switch you flick. It is something your body builds, in a chain of small jobs that run all day: a brake that needs magnesium, a melatonin chain that needs B6 and then folate and B12, a stress hormone that needs vitamin C and B5 to come down, blood sugar that needs chromium to hold steady, a clock that needs vitamin D to read daylight. Run short on any one and the night breaks at that link.
A sleeping pill switches you off over the top of that. MUTI DAILY fixes the links. Here is each one.
WHAT THE NIGHT RUNS ON
Magnesium, vitamin B6, folate, B12, B5 and vitamin D3, with chromium and vitamin C beside them, in the forms your body can actually use. Start with the chain that makes melatonin.
Step 1
Tryptophan
from the protein you eat
folate keeps the first enzyme's helper in supply
Step 2
5-HTP
the first turn
vitamin B6 as P5P, or the serotonin step stops
Step 3
Serotonin
the daytime messenger
vitamin B5 builds the coenzyme for the next turn
Step 4
Melatonin
the night
folate and B12 hand over the final methyl group
01 · Magnesium
Your brain has an accelerator and a brake. The brake is GABA, the messenger that tells your nerves the day is over, and its receptors need magnesium to work. Short on magnesium and the brake is soft: you lie down tired and your mind keeps driving. It is also what your muscles let go with, which is why a magnesium-short body twitches and turns instead of sinking into the mattress.
MUTI DAILY gives you 150 mg of magnesium as bisglycinate, the form your gut absorbs and your nervous system can use, bound to glycine, which is calming in its own right. Not the oxide that mostly passes through.
02 · Vitamin B6
Melatonin is not something you take. It is something your body builds every evening, in a chain that starts with tryptophan from your food. The step that turns it into serotonin, the raw material of melatonin, runs on one enzyme, and that enzyme needs the active form of vitamin B6 to work at all. B6 also makes GABA, the brake. One vitamin, both ends of the night.
MUTI DAILY gives you 5 mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, the active form, not the pyridoxine your liver has to convert first.
03 · Folate and B12
The final step, where serotonin's evening form becomes melatonin, is a methylation: a small carbon group is handed over, and your body's supply of those groups is made by folate and vitamin B12 working together. Run either short and the chain slows at the finish line, in the exact hour you want it to speed up.
MUTI DAILY gives you 400 µg of folate as 5-MTHF and 100 µg of B12 as methylcobalamin, both already in the active form, so nothing has to be converted first.
04 · Vitamin B5
Cortisol should be highest at seven in the morning and lowest at midnight. When it stays high into the evening you are wired at eleven and flat at seven, and a bad night raises it again the next day. The system that brings cortisol down is built from nutrients, and B5 is the one your adrenal glands make hormones through. B5 also builds the coenzyme that carries out the middle step of melatonin's chain.
MUTI DAILY gives you 10 mg of vitamin B5, a full day's amount, beside 200 mg of buffered vitamin C, the vitamin your adrenals spend every time they make cortisol.
05 · Vitamin D3
The parts of the brain that pace your sleep and wake cycle carry receptors for vitamin D, the vitamin your skin makes in sunlight. A body that spends its days indoors is short on it in every season, and a clock without its daylight signal drifts: late to bed, hard to wake, tired in the middle of the day.
MUTI DAILY gives you 25 µg of vitamin D3, a thousand units, as cholecalciferol, the same form the skin makes.
06 · Chromium
When blood sugar drops in the small hours, your body does not let it fall. It sends adrenaline and cortisol to bring it back up, and those two are what wake you at three with a racing mind and no reason for it. Chromium is what insulin works with to keep sugar steady, and magnesium steadies the same curve from the other side.
MUTI DAILY gives you 75 µg of chromium, a full day's amount, alongside the magnesium.

Magnesium is the nutrient you feel within a week. The brake works: you lie down and your mind slows with you. Muscles let go instead of twitching, and the evening stops feeling wired.
Two months of steady blood sugar and a stress system with everything it needs. The small-hours wake-up fades, and with it the racing mind. Deep sleep gets longer, because there is nothing dragging you out of it.
Three months in, the clock is set: melatonin on time at night, cortisol on time in the morning, daylight read properly by a body that is no longer short on vitamin D. Mornings feel like waking up, not coming round. This is where the 90-day supply gets you.
WHY MOST SUPPLEMENTS DON’T WORK
A cheap supplement lists the same nutrients. The form decides how much of each reaches your nervous system tonight, and a night that is short on its links is not helped by a label.
Magnesium bisglycinateMagnesium oxide
Bound to glycine, which your gut absorbs and your nervous system can use, and gentle enough for every day. Oxide is the cheapest form there is, and most of it passes straight through.
P5PPyridoxine HCl
Already active, so the serotonin step has what it needs tonight. Pyridoxine has to be converted first, and that step is where most of it goes.
5-MTHFFolic acid
The form your cells hand methyl groups over with. Folic acid has to be converted through several steps first, and a large share of people convert it slowly.
MethylcobalaminCyanocobalamin
The active form, with the methyl group already on it. Cyanocobalamin is the cheap form that has to be stripped and rebuilt before your body can use it.
IN EVERY SERVING
THE HABIT
Every morning
Two capsules with breakfast, not at bedtime. Sleep is built during the day, and the magnesium you took at eight is still there at eleven that night, when it matters.
Not a sedative
Nothing in it makes you drowsy and nothing in it is habit-forming. It gives your body what it builds a night out of, and the night follows.
Every bottle
A body clock resets over weeks, not days. The 90-day supply covers the whole reset, and it ships free.
