1. Delivery areas
We deliver to street addresses across all nine provinces. We do not deliver to PO boxes. International delivery is not available yet.
2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days.
- Regional and outlying areas: 2–5 business days.
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
3. Delivery cost
Delivery is by courier. Shipping is free on the 90-day and 180-day supplies. A 30-day order carries a flat R100 delivery charge anywhere in South Africa, shown as its own line at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order is dispatched. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
5. Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us, and a further delivery charge may apply.
6. Delays
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We will tell you as soon as we can if something is delayed. Where a delay makes the goods unsuitable for the purpose you told us about, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 apply.
This version applies to orders placed from 5 September 2026. Where we change a policy, the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
