1. Responsible party
The responsible party is the registered South African company that trades as MUTI and operates mutivitamins.co.za. It is named in our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information Officer
Our Information Officer can be reached at info@mutivitamins.co.za. The Information Officer must be registered with the Information Regulator before processing begins.
3. What we collect and why
We collect the information listed in our Privacy Policy, for the purposes listed there. Providing your name, contact details and delivery address is voluntary, but we cannot deliver an order without them.
4. Consent and marketing
We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Section 69 of POPIA restricts direct marketing by electronic means to existing customers and to people who have consented. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 and, once configured, the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
A cookie consent mechanism has not been implemented on this site yet. It must be added before analytics or advertising tags are enabled in production, so that non-essential tracking only runs where a visitor has agreed to it.
6. Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers process information outside South Africa. Section 72 of POPIA permits this where the recipient is subject to a law, binding rules or an agreement providing an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights and how to complain
You may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information by contacting info@mutivitamins.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
This document has not been finalised. It must be reviewed and dated by a qualified South African attorney before MUTI accepts orders.
