Returns Policy

If MUTI DAILY is not for you, email info@mutivitamins.co.za with your order number within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the goods, even if the bottle has been opened. Send the bottle and its box back to us; delivery charges are not refunded and you carry the cost of the return. The guarantee applies once per customer for each product.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 set out below.

Because you bought online, section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 lets you cancel within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and the product must be returned in the condition it arrived in.

Email info@mutivitamins.co.za with your order number to start a return.

Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 gives you an implied warranty of quality for six months from delivery. If the product is defective, unsafe or not what you ordered, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund, and we carry the cost of the return.

Tell us as soon as you reasonably can after delivery, with your order number and a photograph where relevant, and we will arrange collection.

For health and safety reasons we cannot resell a supplement once its seal is broken, so an opened product cannot be returned under the cooling-off right. It can be returned under the 90-day money-back guarantee in section 1, and your rights where the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied are unaffected.

To return an order:

A 90 or 180-day supply is a single order of a single sealed pack. The rights above apply to it in the same way as to a 30-day supply.

This version applies to orders placed from 22 September 2026. Where we change a policy, the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
