1. Cooling-off (ECTA section 44)
Because you bought online, section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 lets you cancel within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and the product must be returned in the condition it arrived in.
Email info@mutivitamins.co.za with your order number to start a return.
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 gives you an implied warranty of quality for six months from delivery. If the product is defective, unsafe or not what you ordered, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund, and we carry the cost of the return.
Tell us as soon as you reasonably can after delivery, with your order number and a photograph where relevant, and we will arrange collection.
3. Opened or partly used products
For health and safety reasons we cannot resell a supplement once its seal is broken. That does not affect your rights above where the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied.
4. How to return
To return an order:
- Email info@mutivitamins.co.za with your order number and the reason.
- We will confirm the return and, where we carry the cost, arrange collection by courier.
- Keep the parcel and packaging until the return is complete.
5. Longer supplies
A 90 or 180-day supply is a single order of a single sealed pack. The rights above apply to it in the same way as to a 30-day supply.
